• He is also the head of KSK's hydro business group, wherein he has built a pipeline of over 4000 MW
• Currently, is on the board of KSK Energy Ventures Limited, as a non-executive director
• Instrumental in the launch of KSK Group's asset management business
• Raised Rs 230 crore ''Small is Beautiful'' fund from 21 Financial Institutions/Banks in India and has successfully invested across 14 companies
• Successfully raised the Second Fund called KSK Emerging India Energy Fund with total corpus $ 200 Mn in 2008 from European Market

• Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with Finance and Taxation
• Commerce Graduate with an additional degree in Law and also holding Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Management
• Has over 17 years of experience in various areas like accounts, finance, fund raising, Direct and Indirect taxation, Legal and Company Law matters
• Has been involved in the Development of following Operational Power Projects right from incorporation of the Company, implementation of power project upto the stage of commissioning –
• RVK Energy Private Limited (RVK) - A 19.20 MW gas based power plant in Andhra Pradesh
• Coromandel Electric Company Limited (CECL) – A 17.5 MW natural gas based Power Plant in Tamil Nadu. The Project capacity has been increased by addition of 8.7 MW
• Sai Regency Power Corporation Private Limited (SRPCPL) – A 58 MW gas based combined cycle power plant set up in Tamil Nadu
• Arasmeta Captive Power Company Private Limited (ACPCPL) – A 43 MW coal based captive power plant in Chattisgarh
